1. Nature of the Platform
RailTrack is an independent information, telemetry visualization, news, and community platform for Indian Railways enthusiasts and travelers. RailTrack is not an official ticketing agency. All official reservations should be made through IRCTC.
2. Data Accuracy & Schedules
While RailTrack utilizes verified operational timetables and live telemetry feeds, railway operations are subject to unscheduled regulation, weather contingencies (such as fog speed limits), and track maintenance. RailTrack shall not be liable for missed connections or schedule alterations.
3. Community Standards & Photography
Users uploading train spotting photographs must retain intellectual property rights to their uploaded images. Content depicting unauthorized entry into restricted railway operational installations or hazardous activities is strictly prohibited.
